hmmmm, I think the only one, really, was the application of presence. Once I experienced the joy and fulfillment that came from presence I realized there was no 'why' needed. I still have the cognitive bias to search for it that pops up sometimes. But it's much less impactful and I always try to redirect myself to the now instead of the why.
